PC Connector is available at https://www.bigo.tv/connector.html for free. Or you can click “PC Connector” to enter the download page. There is also a detailed tutorial on the download page for your reference. To use PC connector, it is recommended to use BIGO LIVE 2.4.0 or above.

If you received “Your device is not supported” or “error code：27”when opened BIGO LIVE PC Connector, it means your computer is not compatible. Please provide your computer configuration and Graphic card setting to BIGO LIVE. Our programmers will improve it based on the demands.

Q: Is BIGO LIVE PC connector available for Mac?

BIGO LIVE PC connector only supports Windows currently. We will launch Mac version if the number of Mac users break through one million.

Q: How to connect BIGO LIVE PC Connector/how to scan QR code?

1) Start live stream within BIGO LIVE PC connector to choose live stream mode and content.

2) Start Live Stream in BIGO LIVE

Open BIGO LIVE app in your phone and start live stream. Tap on the small PC button on the bottom to scan the QR code of your BIGO LIVE PC Connector. Then you can stream your PC screen at BIGO LIVE.

Q: After starting the live stream for a few minutes, why the live stream suddenly becomes blurry?

PC connector will choose the best resolution for the currently live stream according to internet connection speed. If possible, please check your Internet speed and change to a better network environment.

Q: Why there is black screen when streaming LOL?

If you are using Windows 10, please run BIGO LIVE PC Connector as admin, otherwise some games can’t be recorded. Please see the image below to learn more about authorization. If it can’t resolve the problem, please send your feedback at the upper right corner of the PC Connector QR Code page, and we will try to resolve it ASAP.

Q: Why there is delay when live streaming video games?

The fluency of your live stream is determined by your network environment, computer specifications, internet connection speed, phone configuration, etc. If most users pause a lot in your room, you can check your network environment and computer configuration. It's normal for a few seconds delay between your phone and computer.

Q: How to move the menu bar so it won’t influence me playing games?

You can drag the menu bar wherever you want on your page. Please press the blank area in the subject line to move the menu bar. Hold the left corner of the menu bar then you can drag and drop it around the screen to wherever you want on your page.

Q: How to hide comments and likes so they won’t block my gaming screen?

Click the second button of the menu bar to hide the comments and click the button again to show it.
